I regretted removing the SCSI drive from my machine within an hour after doing so. I had transferred everything from the SCSI drive over to the IDE drive (connected to a Sonnet ATA 100 card). Somehow, a couple of fonts got corrupted in the transfer. My system would not boot. It took hours to figure out what was wrong. ...would have been nice to have had that SCSI installed for booting.
