I remember when I first bought my c600 new and under warranty.  There was
some kind of problem with the unit.  Umax sent somebody to my house who
opened up my computer, replaced a part (can't remember which), and fixed the
problem.  I live about 20 minutes outside of town too.  That was some great
customer service.  When is the last time anyone here had that kind of
support?
