I just installed 10.2 on a J700/4G/256mb/Powerlogix G3/400/TwinTurbo 128.
I had to install from an external CD unit as for some unknown reason it
would not do it from the internal unit.  I used XpostFacto 2.2, Powerlogix's
L2CacheConfig and everything went well from there.  I too have the "out of
the ordinary graphic" at startup, but went shutting down I get the normal
graphic spinning similar to what occurs on my Quicksilver.

Q.  Did anyone get the SWIM floppy software to work ?  If so, could you
share the process?
