I've been trying to make a bootable system cd with my Sonnet G3 card
extensions, so I don't have to put the old 604e back in when/if
there is a problem. (I'm preparing to install OS X onto one of my
scsi drives.) I've found 3 different sets of directions online for
making the bootable system cd, and have been trying to burn it with
toast 4 (free version with cdrw drive), but haven't had any success.

Do I need Toast Deluxe 4 or 5 to make it work? (My cd drive is not
the problem, as my os9 cd boots just fine with the 604e card
installed).

Thanks
lp
