Finaly I found the trouble.

Just took off IDE CD drive, it boot up smoothly.

Looks like OS X IDE driver ,SONNET ATA66 bugs or WD IDE.

Western Digital IDE is sometime not like to  behabe as IDE standard. This 
time I set WD as single drive jumper setting becuase of sonnet IDE card can 
not find WD IDE hdd.

In this week, I try to investigate more and return to you.
