Where would be some good places to find free Mac software. Even better some that would run on OS 7.6. I want to get more used to the mac os before I spend any money on this machine. Also when or if I installed a newer OS on this machine can I still run the software on it. What I mean is Mac OS backwards compatible with older programs like Windows 98 and before was (I know from experience that some of the newer windows OS's are not that compatible with the old stuff) also what is a good "unzipper" for mac that can unzip multidisk archives of zip or RAR files? Until I get the cd drive up and running I am having to use my HP PC to get files to the Supermac. Thanks for any help and for your time.
