Hello, new to the list here... I have a C500 240 which I put a Sonnet G3 card in. I did this so I could run OS 8.6+ (I now have OS9) so that I could use my new digital camera. If I remember correctly, you need a G3 to run 8.6 or higher? Right? And to use some of the USB cameras, you need OS 8.6 (or higher) in order to take advantage of the USB libraries (not sure of the correct terminology here). And just a quick note to everyone on the list: It is nice to know there is a community of people in the same situation I am -- trying to keep their old Umax's up and running with the newer OS's and gadgets.
