I just tried the flash, & am happy to report that I am currently using the card in my Mac with absolutely no issues. However, I hope I will never again have a reason to go inside a Hewlett-Packard. I had to remove the power supply just to get to the PCI slots. from there, i booted into DOS, ran the flashrom, & presto-chango!
