The big question now is, exactly which contacts on the pci busses regulate/distribute power? Are there any precautions I would need to take when testing these leads, of course taking great care as to not cross contact test lead.
Ooops. Somehow missed this one. Yes, it looks like your power supply is nice and strong.
That may or may not be true. If the voltage testing was done under a normal load then true... If there was no load on the power supply, it could still show correct voltage but faulting under normal load due to inability to supply proper current....
