It's an Initio Miles UW card. It's been so long since I had to pay attention to it I forgot the card name ! It's been in Slot 1 since day 1, so that's at least 4-5 years. Runs a 9.1 gb Seagate Barracuda UW drive, which has been my primary startup drive and scratch disc since it was installed. (three equal partitions.)
