I can't fix your problem but I can tell you what not to do again. Was anything wrong before Norton told you the PPP connect was damaged? Don't always believe Norton. When you replaced it you broke your contacts (links) to the emails. If you didn't trash the PPP you removed I'd replace it in the computer, then run something gentle like Apple Disc FirstAid. You may still find your links. Do you store your email on your hard drive or the browser's server? If its on your hard drive you may be in a better position to recover. If it is on a server it may have been lost when you changed your settings by replacing PPP connect. Paul
