[SM] Another Annoying FAQ

[Pastor Mac]

More of a generic faq but do add in IDE cards require Mac specific 
logic to be usable either in Old World or even New World Macs?  Are 
they in the same category as video cards with an onboard ROM that needs 
to talk to Open Firmware?  Are we paying a premium simply for Mac 
functionality?
