There will surely be candidate builds, actual release candidate releases are something I don't like much, we mostly misused them in the past for what betas are for, but we'll see what we'll be doing when we see in what shape we are in approaching that. The major difference between earlier Mozilla Suite releases as well as current Firefox releases and SeaMonkey/Thunderbird releases is that Gecko and platform changes and regression fixes happen in the former but not the latter, so we are in a different situation.
