This new bug is #519052 at
<https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=519052>.  While it
primarily addressing the missing horizontal scroll bar, it also
indicates a more general problem of the page not being adaptable to
various screen sizes and resolutions.
