Tabs are not a silly feature and my computer would slow down to a crawl without them. They're a godsend in my work. As for fixing problems, I'm sure they would *love* to solve each and every one of them, but they have limited manpower. *Voluntary* manpower. They do what they can. In that context, of course they'll deal with those problems that affect the most people as opposed to those that only affect a scarce minority.
