I have the following extensions installed for SeaMonkey 2.2:

* Password Exporter 1.2.1 (http://passwordexporter.fligtar.com)
Accessed through the SeaMonkey menu bar via [Edit > Preference > Privacy
& Security > Passwords], where the extension adds a button. Among the
features is the ability to get a Password Manager window in the form it
had in SM 2.0.x. This is a partial work-around for bug #664574 at
<https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=664574>, only for the
Password Manager portion of that RFE.

* Show Password On Input 0.1.4
(https://addons.mozilla.org/thunderbird/addon/6143/)
If I left-click on the ***** that obscures a password and then
right-click, the pull-down context menu has an added item "Show
password". This is a work-around for bug #502258 at
<https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=502258>.  File install.rdf
had to be tweaked for SM 2.2 compatibility.

* Show my Password 2.0 (http://netcat.ath.cx/extensions.html)
In the dialogue popup for entering a master password, this provides a
checkbox to show the actual master password. This is a work-around for
bug #232050 at <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=232050>.
File install.rdf had to be tweaked for SM 2.2 compatibility.
