My Tb did /not/ strip the trailing spaces on your par, so it will
continue to be 'flowable' - consistent with my item 2, honoring existing
cited trailing spaces.
If I paste my par/s down below and then restore the trailing spaces
which your SM removed, then those par/s will be flowable again.

That trailing spaces stripping behavior of SM is not compliant with the
'definition' of format=flowed, so it probably shouldn't be stamping f=f
in the header.
