Here's how to remove that button (posted here a while ago for SM 2.1 [by
Philip Taylor?]). Place the following two lines in userChrome.css:
menuitem[label="Open All in Tabs"] {display: none!important}
menuseparator.bookmarks-actions-menuseparator {display: none!important}
userChrome.css must be located in the chrome folder of your profile. If
you never tweaked your "chrome", you'll only find there
"userChrome-example.css": make a copy of it, named userChrome.css, and
place the above two lines at its end.
