I don't have that. I have: switch the primary button assignment, double 
click speed and clicklock.

I don't have this either. XP Pro SP2

For me this was checked by default in SM when I upgraded and also, sadly, 
lost Piro's TBE (had I known TBE would be lost, I would not have upgraded as 
TBE was why I was using SM).

I never tried this middle click with my mouse as I didn't think it would 
work since I don't have the settings you describe in Control Panel/Mouse. I 
tried it just now on a link in a web forum and it works! I had been right 
clicking on links and choosing open in new tab like DoctorBill. So, I am 
glad to have learned how to get a new tab to open when clicking on links 
without having to do right click, etc. but with TBE now missing from SM, I 
will be using Fx mostly since I am totally addicted to TBE3 in Fx and 
especialy to Tree Style tabs.
