Those pages are not up to date. They were written by the late Blinky the Shark (longtime Usenet guy who died young a few years ago), and archived by someone else. Yes, Tbird/Seamonkey can now filter on Message ID, but could not when Blinky wrote those pages. It's quite simple to do so now.
