Interviewed by CNN on 07/05/2013 06:18, Daniel told the world:

> Gabriel, the index files for the e-mail folders are the ones with the
> ".msf" suffix, i.e. inbox.msf is the index file for your inbox. Your
> received emails are store in the inbox (no suffix), so the inbox.msf
> file can be deleted (when SeaMonkey is totally closed) and will be
> re-created when the inbox is next selected.

Also, you can right-click (or, in a Mac with single-button mouse,
Ctrl+click, I suppose) on a folder, select "Properties" and click on the
button labelled "Repair folder." It does essentially the same as
deleting the .msf file, but it does so from the GUI itself and does not
require you to close and reopen Seamonkey.
