If you go to  http://www.kcea.org/~kceaplaylist/ourmusic.html
and click on the Philco --- do you get music?

Swing/Big band -- I love it!  Good links, thank you.

It's probably easier opening the browser and clicking on a link, but
you can play the music straight from vlc - open vlc, click on media /
open network stream and type or paste in
http://69.12.217.101:8000/
and vlc starts playing music
