Great quote that, in your text. No sorry I drew a blank there. Searched the whole drive for anything called Profile or Profiles as a folder. It found quite a few but none of them had a Mail sub folder.
I even tried the one in Program Files Sea Monkey and Defaults and that only had localstore.rdf and panels.rdf and that wasn't any kind of Mail folder or related to the accounts. I've tried using Agent Ransack to see if I could find any folder with the name of my redundant account but being within a Mail Program, it's encoded so doesn't show up in a search even within archives. So that is to my mind a bit weird. Where has the folder gone? There doesn't appear to be one for my two "active" POP 3 accounts either.
