No good sadly - that didn't work either.

In Trouble Shooting [Application Basics] there's no Open Directory button, only 
Show Folder.
So I clicked that as the nearest to your description.
In there the only sub folders are
Bookmark Backups
Health Report
Storage
minidumps
Webapps  

No files or directories with any mail profiles or account names in there at all.
I already went to your kindly posted link and that was where I was pointed to 
the Application Data Mozilla Sea Monkey Profiles where the desired directories 
or files don't exist either.  It's a tricky one this but thanks to all who are 
trying to solve it for me - much appreciated your efforts.
