related to the accounts.
I've tried using Agent Ransack to see if I could find any folder with the name 
of my redundant account but being within a Mail Program, it's encoded so 
doesn't show up in a search even within archives.

So that is to my mind a bit weird.  Where has the folder gone?  There doesn't appear to 
be one for my two "active" POP 3 accounts either.

Any clues?




Open the browser, type about:support in the address bar, look for Profile Directory under Application Basics in the Troubleshooting Information window that opens. Click Open Directory.

That will tell you where your profile is located.
