Does that one corrupt places.sqlite's histories? If not, then which one
is this?
The history is fine. Bookmark backups as either .json or .jsonlz4 are
not restorable. SM 2.30 did not fix that.
Isn't the answer to simply backup the entire profile to other media?
Then one can simply copy the places.sqlite file back into the active
profile to "restore" the bookmarks.
We all have complete profile backups, right?
Is it at all possible to automate the process??
Something along the lines of...
IF places.sqlite (datestamp) is today, then copy places.sqlite to some
place else
ENDIF
Or, even....
IF places.sqlite (datestamp) <>(some place else)/places.sqlite
(datestamp) then copy places.sqlite to (some place else)
Can anybody here codify that??
