How do you do this? View->View Message Body As does not offer this
possibility. If you can do that, that smells of an add-on.
As I previously explained:
If I make the selection for an individual message, it applies only
to that message.
If I select the account name and make the selection, it applies to
all messages in that account.
In the second case, the choice becomes the default for that account.
Then I can still select an individual message and make a different
choice without affecting the rest of the messages in that account.
