This explains the rejections: Local Preemptive Rejection Reasons 15029 Input bandwidth liability 38 >SUB_MAX_PING_TIME Go to the config menu, click on Core settings, change your input bandwidth limit to something reasonable, at least 8KB, a lot more if you have enough (downstream) bandwidth.
