Or maybe he does not have it, and sends the packet the HE generates? I do not actually know how this will work, but anyway you will end up probing one key. You know how many of them there are? And the probability that some node has a data segment for one of them is.... you know... not so high=) However, this IS a security issue, and it should be tested.
