First a word about what's possible. You can share data over the web
using Web Companion, but not the function of scripts and buttons. So,
you don't really get "ebase" which relies on lots of underlying
scripts to make the magic work. So, for example it would be possible
to make a fill-in-the-blanks form to enter name and address, but not
to get all the ebase functions.

That said, it is possible to share the entire set of ebase files and
functions, but each user, host and remote, needs a copy of FileMaker
to make it work. It works the same as sharing across a local
Ethernet, but the host computer needs a static IP address so
FileMaker knows where to go for data. You can find details in the
ebase FAQ on the web site.
