I can't find any formatting tools in Excel that will change case on a batch
basis.   Maybe someone else can.

If you're on a Mac, BBEdit 5.1 has a Text...Change Case function that will
capitalize and lowercase appropriately.  Presumably there is an equivalent
program on PCs.
