MAC Microsoft Word 5.1 has a "BBb" button on the tool bar that has an
option called "Title
Case." Select the text you want to have first words capitalized, Choose
"BBb" and then press "TitleCase" (for very long .txt exports this
operation will take a long time). This is not a perfect solution since
"Ny" must be Search and Replaced with "NY" and O'dea, with O'Dea, etc.
