Valerie,

Since I know you have a fair amount of data in your file, beware of
simply replacing the problem file.  It will probably not be in sync with
the rest of the files in the database and you will likely lose
information.  You may have to restore from a recent backup, so try not
to add any more info until you get this figured out.  Run ScanDisk as
someone suggested (or a similar check and repair program like Norton
Utilities, Tech Tools, etc.) and try to eliminate the memory/space issue
first.  Any other hints as to what went wrong, changes to your computer
system, etc.???
