I'll second Walt's suggestion that Record Type is not a good place to 
keep this info. Label, letter, and envelope addresses have different 
information depending on the value of the field Record Type. A better 
scheme to keep the bit of data "send a newsletter" is one of the 
contact flag fields on the data entry screen. Put a "Y" in the one 
labeled "Newsletter".
