I always go to the Payment History screen and do a find where Last Year Total >0. This gets everybody who made a donation or paid dues. One reason your list might not be complete is if you use the find fields on the Home screen, and they have not been updated. There are scripts to update these: "Replace Current Find Fields" and "Replace All Find Fields." They are on Administration screen 1. If this is still not satisfactory, you can go to the Payment Entry screen, be very specific in your find criteria, then switch to "View Payments" and click "Transfer to Names." This is the slowest but most accurate way to identify the data. > Can you compile a list from the contact flags, i.e. Newsletter, Walk, > golf? Just click find and enter the criteria in the contact flags. > Can you print thank you letters in alphabetical order? >From the FileMaker menu, select Records..Sort. In the dialog box, change the table to names, then select Last Name 1 and First Name 1 to sort the record in alphabetical order. Then they will print in alpha order. Good luck!
