Rachel meant that you can do this on the Payment History screen using the
field labeled Cum Dues/Contrib, which is actually mem: Lifetime $. If the
stumper is asking for their lifetime total, Rachel's method works. I wasn't
sure from Holly's message whether the CUMMULATIVE total was lifetime or for
the specified period.
