Anyone up to this challenge?
Here's a way that works, although it's a little roundabout. Search in the payments file for items that meet your criteria. In this case, only the range of dates. Sort by record number Export the Record number, amount, summary, and anything else you want to use to identify the contributor to some convenient format, such as tab-separated text and check the box to SUMMARIZE by. You'll get a dialog box listing the fields you sorted by. In this case only Record Number. Check it. Export the file and open it in a spreadsheet. Sort the rows by the summary amount, and delete the rows below your threshold -- -- Dave Shaw H4 Consulting tel: 206-954-7526 fax: 206-625-1338 ------------------ Reminder to each recipient: To change your list account preferences, go to http://email.sparklist.com/scripts/lyris.pl?enter=support and enter the email address you used to subscribe to the ebase support list:: [email protected] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] --------------------------------------------------------------------- ebase - Relationship Management for Nonprofits, http://www.ebase.org ---------------------------------------------------------------------
