Has anyone customized their e-base to help a land trust track landowner
contacts?  Basically following the process of developing an easement donor
or conservation buyer from prospect to done deal.

We're planning for our transfer to version 2 and want to incorporate the
best customizations into the design.  I would appreciate any information on
what you've developed (and what pitfalls you have discovered through painful
trial and error).
