Try either of these:
1) IP Search Toolbar
   ftp://ftp.mindspring.com/users/mobs/iptoolb2i.exe
2) WhoSock
   ftp://papa.indstate.edu/winsock-l/Windows95/Whois/SetupWhoSock.exe

They are both promoted as doing reverse DNS searches.
