If you got the mIRC IRC client for Windows 3.x/9x, you can also
use it for this as well. Just run it, do not connect to IRC (its
unneccesary and will run if you do it or not), and type the following
command:

/dns <ip / URL>

If you typed a normal URL it will result in its IP address. If you
typed an IP address you'll get the URL version. (ofcourse, do
not use the http:// or ftp:// extensions. its obvious, but if a newbie
on this list would like to try this trick, just had to mention this)
