Assuming it is what I think it is, Yes, these drives can be daisy chained.
I don't believe you can use it on anything else.  I don't think they will
work on a Mac, unless maybe with some sort of odd configuration.  It should
work on a //gs, However.  Is yours Gray (Platinum) or beige?  The Platinum
ones were the later ones......made to match the //gs and the //e Platinum.

Oooo Yucky, I don't like 3.5" 720K drives very well.  I guess it is because
they look like they should take a 1.44, but won't!  You didn't say what kind
of 5.25" floppy drives you have....360K or 1.2meg?  If you need any 1.2meg
drives, I have plenty of good used ones, TEAC, MATSUSHITA, and MITSUBISHI!
I am not a dealer, However, just a guy who has way too much :-)  I guess I
should say that I would like $2 plus shipping for each.
