This usually happens if altered files are not written correctly
to disk when you turned-off your PC.  Perhaps you using any kind
of disk cache program with write-caching turned on?  If this is
the case, you could either disable write-caching completely or
issuing it's "flush cache to disk" command each time Arachne
exits.
