You know, there are plenty of non-technical computer users who are still
running the legacy systems and they need affordable repair work and
installation help, and training. They will barter where they cannot
pay. There is employment in it if you can do basic service work and
interact politely with other humans.
And you set your own hours.
BTW, you most likely will find it much easier to begin in the black or grey
markets than with business licenses and related red tape.
The setup costs for legitimate businesses are prohibitive, but one can get
a leg in the market anyway, and one can certainly report and pay taxes,
hiring out as contract worker, not business. That makes it grey
market. Give receipts and keep records, before long you'll be able to pay
the cost of becoming an accountable business who can advertise with assurance.
Most repair shops laugh at you if you suggest using a legacy system for
computing...
