Yes it does, Ole! One of the last local BBSs in my area is a Ham Radio BBS
(EtherNet) so those interested in finding an active BBS might explore the
availability of ham radio BBS's in their area. This BBS is where I first
found Arachne in 1997 (can't remember the version) and they are still getting
some good files there. I lurk in the Commodore echoes, DOS Internet echo
(there are a couple of folks from the Arachne list who post there),
Electronics, Scanner, SWL, and 1 or 2 others. There is a BBS Ads echo where
sysops can post ads for their systems and you can find out about other BBS's
in your area. You can also access Fidonet at www.docsplace.org (I hope that
link is correct) and I think they do QWK packets.
