correct word.

"WH>Hi Folks -

"WH>Do any of you guys know of an English word meaning the opposite of
"WH>"append"? When we add some additional text to the end of a document
"WH>we are "appending" something to the document. Is there a word to
"WH>describe the action of adding some text to the top of a document?

"WH>There ought to be a word to describe this particular type of copy
"WH>and paste operation. I think "suprappend" would be a good word for
"WH>it, but it isn't in my dictionary.
