No, if they support win98 then they should provide assistance to get it

is from this that you get your ip address, wins, and dns.

The DHCP is why. It dynamically assigns the DNS too.

Depends on how it's setup and whether is CAN dynamically recieve from the
DHCP. Bobcat does it, I've used it.
