ARCNet uses 91 ohm cable, it runs one cable from the hub to each
netcard; Any unused Hub port needs a terminator, I think (It's been a
WHILE since I did ARCNet!) If those are SMC PC110 cards, they're
definitely ARCNet. SMC also makes lots of other Ethernet cards (Most of
my machines are on SMC 8216C or 8416BTA cards), if you pass some info
about manufacturer & model number to me, I'll help (I've been mostly
lurking here, dropped on to check on someone, she's semi-disappeared.)

I run a Windows for Workgroups LAN here, with Dos machines (286 and up)
brought on through the WFW Dos Add-on, I haven't used Arcnet, but I can
probably help get you going; Other good people with as much or more
expertise here on the list <G>

I have 4 PC110 ARCNet cards here somewhere, with a 4-port hub, that can
be had for asking (paying shipping would be nice, it'd all fit in
Priority mail in the US tho.) IIRC I may have coax and some
terminators; http://www.computergate.com/ usually sells terminators, if
you need some, for cheap. If you're in Washington State 'round Seattle,
I have laptops that come up on Ethernet fairly easily.

Also, I have some Ethernet cards that I really SHOULD sell off, some day
when I get to it, Ethernet's faster than ARCNet, about 4 times. (If you
mostly use Ethernet as a Floppy surrogate, who cares? <G>) Three
Etherlink III's IIRC, and about a dozen Gateway cards (not the computer
mfg.), and a Zero One technologies NE2000 clone. Probably a couple
Compex cards, too. Some day I'll get 100BaseT here <G>
