Incorrect.  NetBEUI requires no other protocol.  However,
to enable mutual visibility, "File and Printer Sharing"
must be loaded (this is a "service").  Try that first.

As follows:
  (r-click Network Neighborhood;
  select "Properties";
  select "Configuration" tab;
  click the "Add" button;
  select "Service";
  click this "Add" button;
  select "Microsoft";
  select "File and Printer Sharing for MS Networks";
  click the "OK" button to close the Properties dialog.
(You will need to reboot).
