I'm supposing your controller card have com ports.
There is a possibility to detect how to configure your controller. Have you a
digital multimeter?
If you have not one, are you able to build a primitive digital tester?
(Of course there are some jumpers on your controller, are not they?)
Have your own ICQ number? How is your clock related to GMT? i.e: GMT+1, GMT+2
GMT-3?
