hi... I downloaded a 32app(stamps.exe) from the web... it doesn't say
you/one needs Win9x so I clicked on it in FileManager and I got this error
msg.: Win32s error... I got all three similar(ones with Win32 in their
name) files, including one named Win32s16.dll, and put them in one
directory along with the file(stamps.exe) and then clicked in FileManager
and I got the same error message: Reinstall Win32s
my question is this: can I run this file in Win3.1? is there some
simulated 32 bit environment that these Win32s files belong to?
